 Deliveries and Returns

Shipping and Returns
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left Nanopro's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

North America: provisionally, delivery will take place within 2 to 5 days, subject to product availability and excluding holiday periods.

Please note that Nanopr products are based on nanotechnology and are sensitive to the cold. In order to preserve the quality of the products, delivery in the winter season may vary from 10 to 15 days depending on the climate. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS
All products supplied by the seller are sold without warranty. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: Nanopro, 199, Montée Mc Martin, Saint-Eustache, QC, J7R 0H5 or by email to the following address : info@nanopro.ca within thirty days of delivery.

Traitement professionnel spécialement formulé pour les surfaces comme le verre, les vitres, la céramique et les miroirs. Il crée un bouclier hydrofuge et oléophobe invisible qui empêche le calcaire, les graisses et les saletés d'adhérer.

Performance & Rendement

  • Rendement moyen : Env. 5 à 10 ml / m².

  • Capacité : 1 Litre permet de traiter entre 100 et 200 m² de surface.

  • Propriétés : Effet déperlant (Easy-to-Clean), réduction du temps de ménage.

Application & Temps de Séchage

  • Préparation : La surface doit être propre, dégraissée et sèche (utiliser notre Nettoyant Décontaminant au préalable ou alcool supérieur a 70%).

  • Application : Vaporiser uniformément (Env. 5 à 10 ml / m²), ou sur un chiffon doux ou éponge en mouvements circulaires, puis polir jusqu'à disparition du voile.

  • Température d'application : Entre +5 °C et +30 °C (ne pas appliquer en plein soleil).

  • Temps de séchage : Réaction hydrophobe après 30 minutes, séchage complet après 24 heures.

Spécifications Techniques & Conformité

  • Invisibilité : Épaisseur du traitement de 100 à 150 nm (totalement invisible).

  • Résistance : Indestructible aux UV, résistance à l'abrasion et aux variations thermiques.

  • Stabilité chimique : Résiste à la majorité des détergents (hors pH > 13).

  • Durabilité : Jusqu'à 2 ans 

  • Fiche de Données de Sécurité (FDS) : FDS conforme aux normes en vigueur disponible pour les responsables sécurité/HSE sur simple demande.
