Product Description: Nano Textile & Leather is a nanotechnology-based product designed to protect almost all types of textiles from water, dirt, stains, and various contaminations, while remaining completely invisible. The coating encapsulates all fibers thanks to nanoparticles. The product does not alter the appearance, breathability, color, or texture of the material. It is extremely water-resistant for outdoor textiles. Oil, coffee, or other common stains are a thing of the past with this revolutionary product.

Product Features: < /span> Invisible to the naked eye (coating thickness: 100-150nm) Directions for use: Shake well before use. Wearing gloves is recommended. After pre-cleaning, make sure the textile is dry before applying the treatment. Spray evenly on textiles and fabrics. Leather directly on the surface until saturated. It is very important to saturate the textile thoroughly with the product. For smooth or poorly absorbent surfaces (e.g. leather), do not use. If machine washing is not possible and the surface to be treated is dirty, clean it with our Nano Textile Stain Remover. Then rinse with clean water, carefully absorbing the stain with a clean, damp cloth. Let it dry. Surface preparation: The textile to be treated must be free of any gross and visible pollution, such as impurities, stains, or dirt. Important: To ensure optimal results, it is imperative that the textile is perfectly clean before applying the treatment. To do this, carry out (if possible) a machine wash simply with clear water, so as to remove the detergent residues contained in the fiber (even if the textile looks clean or new). Do not treat in direct sunlight. Treat in small areas if the temperature is at 30 °C. Do not treat below 0 °C. The treatment must be applied under conditions of air humidity and normal temperatures. Contact with water and/or pollution on the surface to be treated will affect the quality of the treatment. Application conditions: Apply the product at temperatures between + 5 °C and + 30 °C. Use: High chemical resistance (including cleaning products) Simple application Resists temperature fluctuations Permanent (UV stable, enormous abrasion resistance) Other properties: Food contact compatible Protection of fibers against incrustation of dirt Non-stick properties
Significant hydrophobicity/oleophobicity (contact angle > 120°)
If there is too much product, wipe off any excess with a cloth. Allow to dry before contact with hands, water, or any other product. Another method: soak and dry (do not wring). The hydrophobic effect can be tested once the textile is completely dry.
Quantity of use: Between 25 and 100 ml/m², depends on the absorption rate of the treated textile
More precisely, an approximate quantity of 10 ml/m² per mm of material thickness should be calculated.
Duration of action: The treatment is active for several years under normal conditions of use and abrasion. Form: Liquid.
