The present conditions of sale are concluded by the company Nano-Protection – whose head office is located at 65 rue sous Bois, 25400 TAILLECOURT and whose number of SIRET is 789 313 475 00012 – registered in the register of trade and companies (RCS ) Belfort, hereinafter referred to as “Nano-Protection” and by Nano Protection div. Management CTMS Inc., whose head office is located at 199 Montée Mc Martin, Saint-Eustache, QC J7R 0H5 and whose NEC is 1022202631, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the “Nano Protection” website Hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

1. SUBJECT

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Nano Protection and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Nano Protection merchant site, whether the buyer is professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good or a service through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the purchaser of the present conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over all other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Nano Protection. Nano Protection reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Nano Protection website. Nano Protection offers a range of original products from various materials. The products may therefore be subject to slight variations in shape, weight, size and color. Products can be added or removed from the Nano Protection eCatalog. These changes are only applicable to orders made after posting. The photographs of the catalog are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the offered product, in particular as regards the colors.

3. THE RATES

Prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars. Protection Nano reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided however that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices quoted do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery provided that it takes place in the geographical areas provided below. The fixed amount of shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer on the good order summary, before validation of the latter.

GEOGRAPHIC AREA  The online sale of the products and services presented on the site is restricted to purchasers residing in North America, and for deliveries required in these geographic areas.

4. THE ORDERS

The buyer who wishes to buy a product or service must:

WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller, for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for expenses back.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

As Nano Protection has no control over the preparation of the surface and the application of the product, the company can not guarantee the result obtained. The guarantee of Nano Protection will be limited to the replacement of the product. We decline all responsibility for uses and/or applcations other than those specified in writhen form by us. Proof of purchase will be required for any claim.

RESPONSABILITY
The seller, in the process of selling online, is bound only by an obligation of means; it can not be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintended problems.

9. DRAWS AND CONTESTS

All draws and contests of the Nano Protection website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Nano Protection. Nobody is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site that are software, visual or sound. All simple or hypertext links are strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Nano Protection. Freebies offered in a draw or contest are for standard sizes of less than 3 square meters. Only Nano Protection specialists are authorized to make the treatments offered to the winner.

10. THE RULES OF DISPUTES

The present conditions of sale on line are subject to the applicable law in the province of Quebec.
