GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
These sales conditions are agreed upon by the company NanoProtection, whose head office is located at 65 Rue Sous Bois, 25400 TAILLECOURT with the SIRET number 789 313 475 00012, registered in the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Belfort, hereinafter referred to as “Nanopro Div: Groupe KYT 55 Inc”, and by Protection Nano Inc., whose head office is located at 199, Montée Mc Martin, Saint-Eustache, QC J7R 0H5 with the NEC number 1166986878, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of “Nanopro.ca”, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
PURPOSE The present sales conditions aim to define the contractual relations between NanoProtection and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site of NanoProtection, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these sales conditions. These sales conditions will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed by NanoProtection. NanoProtection reserves the right to modify its sales conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the NanoPro website. NanoPro offers a range of original products made from various materials. The products may therefore be subject to slight variations in shape, weight, size, and color. Products can be added or removed from the NanoPro electronic catalogue. These modifications are only applicable to orders placed after their online posting. The sales offer on the NanoPro website is valid as long as the products are listed on the site and within the limits of available stocks. The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the offered product, especially regarding colors.
PRICES The prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars. Nanopro reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices listed do not include the order processing, transport, and delivery fees, as long as they occur in the geographical areas set forth below. The flat-rate amount of shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer on the order summary form before validating the order.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in North America, and for deliveries required within these geographical areas.
ORDERS The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or a service must:
- Fill out the identification form on which they will indicate all the requested details or provide their customer number if they have one;
- Fill out the online order form by giving all the references of the chosen products or services;
- Validate their order after checking it;
- Make the payment under the provided conditions;
- Confirm their order and payment. WITHDRAWAL Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs.
PAYMENT TERMS The price is payable on order. At the buyer’s request, a paper invoice will be sent to them. You can pay for your order using one of the following payment cards:

DELIVERIES Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products have left Nanopro’s premises. In case of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for informational purposes. Shipping costs are included in the prices.
WARRANTY All products supplied by the seller are sold without warranty. In case of non-compliance, the product can be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. LIABILITY The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; their liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other involuntary problems.

Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without a specific written agreement from Nanopro.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION These online sales conditions are subject to the law applicable in the province of Quebec.
