Shipping and Returns
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left Nanopro’s premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.
North America: provisionally, delivery will take place within 2 to 5 days, subject to product availability and excluding holiday periods.
Please note that Nanopr products are based on nanotechnology and are sensitive to the cold. In order to preserve the quality of the products, delivery in the winter season may vary from 10 to 15 days depending on the climate. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS
All products supplied by the seller are sold without warranty. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: Nanopro, 199, Montée Mc Martin, Saint-Eustache, QC, J7R 0H5 or by email to the following address : [email protected] within thirty days of delivery.
