Shipments and Returns

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products left the premises of Nano Protection. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are only indicative.

North America : provisionally, the delivery will take place between 48 and 72h, subject to availability of products and out of holiday periods.

RETURNS

All products supplied by the seller are sold without warranty. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will resume, exchange or refund. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: Nano Protection, 199, Mount Mc Martin, Saint-Eustache, QC, J7R 0H5.
