Nanotechnologies

All our 9H nano ceramic protection treatments for bodywork are derived from nanotechnologies. During its application, the CERAMIC + treatment forms a completely invisible, hydrophobic and non-stick protective glass film on the surface. The extremely hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of the coating reduce the adhesion of dirt and water drops, greatly facilitating the cleaning of the treated surface: this is the “easy to clean” effect. In addition to this property, it gives the varnish a hardness of 9H, allowing it to resist all kinds of micro-scratches while retaining its original shine. In fact it also prevents against corrosion.
Until now, even advanced ceramic processing technologies have not been able to combine high hydrophobicity with high hardness on synthetic or metal surfaces. The inorganic groups of our coating provide it with a perfect adhesion with a hardness of 9H, while the organic groups generate very pronounced anti-adhesive effects (hydrophobicity).

Manual

The surface must be free of all coarse and visible pollution, such as impurities, traces of limestone and dirt.
IMPORTANT: to ensure optimal results, it is imperative that the surface is perfectly clean before applying the treatment. Thoroughly clean the surface with a residue-free cleaner. For automotive paints, we recommend butyl acetate (= our Body Cleaner). Refer to the technical data sheet corresponding to this cleaning product.
The use of NanoProtection Bodywork Cleaner is necessary, as the surface must be free of all grease, silicone and wax. The use of a conventional product based on surfactants, greasy-based detergent, will prevent the treatment from settling properly on the surface.

Manual

Apply BODYWORK CLEANER AND DECONTAMINANT on a clean, dry cloth or directly on the support, then clean the surface.
Wipe with a second clean, dry cloth to remove product residues and impurities. Depending on the degree of soiling, a second application may be necessary. Cleaned surfaces dry quickly. After cleaning the surface, do not allow it to come into contact with water or with your fingers before applying a nano treatment.
